Ned Arnel Mencía (born October 22, 1967) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, singer, and voice artist.
Mencia lives with his wife Amy, whom he married in 2003, in Los Angeles, California. They have two children: Lucas Pablo Mencia (born December 14, 2006) and Nicholas Mencia.
