Welcome to Wikipedia, ISP user! Please note the following:
This IP address, 84.45.219.185, belongs to Enta, an internet service provider through which many people may connect to the Internet using a proxy. This IP address may be given to another person when the current user logs off.
For this reason, a message that was meant to be sent to one person may be seen by another. If you are changing Wikipedia using this address and are tired of unrelated messages, you can avoid them by making an account for yourself. Sometimes, you may not be allowed to make an account for a short time because of attempts to prevent disruptive changes. In that case, please see this page.
Please do not block this IP or undo its changes without checking - if a block is needed, admins should consider using a block with automatic blocking disabled with the code {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the reason.
Note: If disruptive changes are made from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your ISP.
Tech staff who want to patrol disruptive changes made using this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page using either RSS or Atom.
This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators said no to this unblock request. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not unblock the user without a good reason. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
I am not Sunholm, but rather w:en:User:Homeontherange, aka w:User:Ex-Homey actually, for the record. I haven't done anything wrong here as HOTR. Either way, I guess you're not familiar with me.
Decline reason:
If you are who you say you are, then you can still edit since the block was only on anon users, with account creation disabled. This should still allow you to edit under an account that has SUL. -- Synergy20:37, 17 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
To reviewing admins: Sunholm admitted to this being one of his two IPs back in early 2008 (through email communications). That, coupled with the pattern of edits on here and en. through this IP lately suggests to me that this is one and the same. Either way (talk) 20:27, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I cannot edit via SUL because I lost the password to my w:User:ExHomey account and it is blocked; so what should I do? Yes, I'm banned there, but not here... --84.45.219.185 (talk) 09:52, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for a person who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it.
We have to use the numericalIP address to identify them. An IP address can be shared by many people. If you feel that things said here are not about you, you can create an account or log in to stop it happening again.
